[Common name] Glipizide Tablets

[Ingredients] Major ingredient is glipizide.

[Indication] This product is indicated for patients with mild or moderate diabetes mellitus who are dissatisfied with the curative effect of 2- 3 months of alimentary control and physical exercise. Such diabetics have pancreatic islets with certain insulin-producing function, no acute complication (such as infection, trauma, ketoacidosis and hyperosmotic nonketonic coma, etc.) as well as no combined pregnancy and severe chronic complications.

[Specification] 5mg

[Usage and Dosage] Take it orally. The dosage varies from person to person. Generally, the recommended dosage shall be 2.5∼20mg (1/2 – 4 tablet(s) a day, taking about 30min prior to the breakfast. Daily dosage shall not exceed 15mg (3 tablets), preferably taking prior to meals.
