Mr. Tsoi Hoi Shan is the Chairman and Executive Director of the Company. He joined the Group in 2000 as Head of the Quality Control Department, responsible for supervising the production processes at the Yuen Long plant in Hong Kong and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Mr. Tsoi graduated from Tongji Medical University in 1998 with a bachelor』s degree in pharmacy. He is the younger brother of Ms. Choy Siu Chit, Executive Director of the Company.

Mr. Leung Wing Hon is the Executive Director, Vice Chairman, Chief Financial Officer, and Company Secretary of the Company. He is a Senior Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of International Accountants, and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Bolton, UK, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Leicester, UK. Mr. Leung has over 30 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and business administration. He joined the Group in 1997 and is responsible for overseeing all financial matters of the Group.

Ms. Choy Siu Chit is an Executive Director of the Company.  She joined the Group in 1990 and was responsible for submitting the Drug Master File (DMF) application regarding amoxicillin bulk medicine to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Consequently, the Group became the holder of a Type II DMF (No. 15377) for amoxicillin in 2001. She also serves as a director of several subsidiaries of the Company. In 2010, she completed the Advanced Private Equity Investment Program hosted by Peking University with outstanding performance. Ms. Choy is also a director of Mighty Brokerage (Asia) Ltd., a brokerage and securities trading company based in Hong Kong. She is the elder sister of Mr. Tsoi Hoi Shan, Chairman and Executive Director of the Company.

Mr. Fang Yu Ping is an Executive Director of the Company and Vice President of the Group. He graduated from the Medical School of Southeast University in China in 1986 with a bachelor』s degree in medicine and served on the faculty for eight years. Mr. Fang joined the Group in 1995, was promoted to Vice President of the Group in 2008, and served as General Manager of the Finished Products Marketing Center (formerly the China Sales Division) from 2011 to 2018.

Ms. Zou Xian Hong is an Executive Director of the Company and Vice President of the Group. She graduated from China Pharmaceutical University in 1984, obtained an Executive MBA from Hunan University in 2005, and received her Ph.D. in Management from Central South University in June 2010. Ms. Zou has over 30 years of experience in the Chinese pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining the Group in 1994, she served as a lecturer at Hunan Medical Secondary School from 1988 to 1993. Since joining the Group, she has been responsible for sales management. From 2008 to 2010, she served as General Manager of the Finished Products Marketing Center (formerly the China Sales Division).

Ms. Zhu Su Yan is an Executive Director of the Company and Vice President of the Group. She graduated from the Medical School of Southeast University in China in 1988 and obtained an Executive MBA from the Business School of Nanjing University in 2005. From 1988 to 1993, she worked as a neurosurgeon at Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital. In 1994, she joined Pfizer Inc. (USA). She entered the Group in early 1995 and served as Regional Manager for Jiangsu Province, Vice President of the National Hospital Expansion Division, and General Manager of the Finished Products Marketing Center (formerly the China Sales Division). Ms. Zhu has extensive experience in pharmaceutical product sales and marketing in China and is primarily responsible for the domestic sales and marketing of the Group』s products.
