Zhuhai United Laboratories Co., Ltd. is located in Jinwan District, Zhuhai. Established in 1993, the company』s production facility was completed and put into operation in 1998. Spanning an area of 330,000 square meters, the facility employs about 2,800 staff members. The company』s new production base located in Gaolan Port will be completed and put into operation in June 2025, covering an area of 120,000 square meters. It was established in 1997 and is located in Tanzhou Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of over 80,000 square meters, with about 1,300 employees. The company is primarily engaged in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of finished products. The production lines include a variety of dosage forms such as capsules, injections, tablets, granules, oral liquids, powder for injection, eye drops, ointments, among others. The main products include antibiotics and human insulin. It also produces drugs for antipyretic and analgesics, cough suppressants, antivirals, dermatology, anti-hepatitis, ophthalmology, and neurology, such as Human Insulin Injection, Amoxicillin Capsules, Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium for Injection, Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules, Glipizide Tablets, Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops, Compound Methyl Salicylate Cream, Vitamin C Effervescent Tablets, and Memantine Hydrochloride Tablets.

Guangdong Kaiping Kingly Capsule Co., Ltd. was established in 1997 and became a wholly owned subsidiary of TUL following its acquisition in 2001. The company specializes in the production of hollow capsules. Located in Sanbu District, Kaiping City, Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, the company covers 8,500 square meters and operates 10 fully automated capsule production lines at a domestic leading level. Located in Sanzao Town, Jinwan District, Zhuhai City, Zhuhai United Laboratories Trading Co., Ltd. was established in 2015, with more than 100 employees. It mainly engages in the sales of intermediate products and bulk medicines, and has a global sales network, spanning more than 70 countries and regions and serving over 600 customers worldwide. The products sold include 6-APA, penicillin G potassium first crystal, semi-synthetic penicillin, cephalosporins, β-lactamase inhibitors, carbapenems, etc.

The United Bio-Technology (Hengqin) Co., Ltd., established in 2021 and located in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, Guangdong Province, serves as the biopharmaceutical R&D headquarters of TUL. The company focuses on the development of biopharmaceuticals, with current key R&D projects including UBT251 Injection, Semaglutide Injection, Romosozumab, Dupilumab, Insulin Degludec and Liraglutide Injection, and dual-target hypolipidemic drugs. Notably, its triple agonist project is the first in China and the second globally to develop a long-acting GLP-1/GIP/GCG triple agonist using chemical peptide synthesis.

Zhuhai United Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was also established in 2021, located in Sanzhao Town, Jinwan District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. Covering over 90,000 square meters and employing more than 700 staff members, it is an innovative pharmaceutical enterprise focusing on biopharmaceuticals, animal healthcare products, pharmaceutical excipient process development and optimization, manufacturing, sales, and technical services. Kendor Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. was established in 2022 and is located in Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. The facility covers 5,800 square meters and has more than 100 employees. The company is dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of medical devices, with core offerings including pen-type injectors, metered-dose inhalers (MDIs) for obstructive pulmonary diseases, and other drug delivery systems. These devices are mainly used in the treatment of diabetes, endocrine disorders, obesity, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pulmonary edema, and related conditions.

Henan Lianmu Veterinary Medicine Co., Ltd. was jointly established in 2022 by TUL and Muyuan Foods Co., Ltd. The company is located in Neixiang County, Nanyang City, Henan Province, occupying 94 mu of land. It focuses on the production of veterinary drugs such as Amoxicillin Soluble Powder, Penicillin Sodium for Injection, Amoxicillin Sodium for Injection, and Ceftiofur Sodium for Injection. The company is committed to providing high-quality and cost-effective veterinary products for large-scale farming enterprises. 

Zhuhai United Laboratories Animal Healthcare Co., Ltd. was established in 2023 and is located in Nanshui Town, Jinwan District, Zhuhai City. It occupies an area of 100 mu and serves as a production base for veterinary chemical bulk medicine products. The facility focuses on cephalosporin-based veterinary drugs, macrolide products, as well as medications for pets and biological veterinary treatments.
