To further enhance employees』 awareness of integrity and business ethics, the Group has developed The United Laboratories Employees' Code of Integrity and Self-Discipline, which clearly defines improper behaviors, details the procedures for declaring and recording interests, and establishes mechanisms for integrity supervision and punitive measures to reduce the risk of employees』 undesirable behavior in business activities.
Zero Tolerance for Fraud
The Group has also established The United Laboratories Anti-Fraud and Whistleblowing Management Policy, and conducted online anti-fraud training for all subsidiaries in accordance with the Regulations, enhancing employees』 understanding of integrity and combating all potential fraudulent activities.

The Group ensures accessible channels for reporting fraud, allowing both employees and the public to file complaints or report cases of fraud (including violations of professional ethics by the company and its personnel).

Medical Ethics
The Group strictly adheres to the principles and ethical requirements outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki by the World Medical Association, the Drug Administration Law of the People』s Republic of China, Measures for the Administration of Drug Registration, Sciences and Medical Research Involving Humans and Quality Control of Clinical Trials of Drugs Measures for Ethical Review of Life. We prioritize the rights and safety of participants in clinical trials. We also require that all clinical trials obtain the necessary approvals, with scientifically sound, ethically compliant, and operationally feasible clinical trial protocols and work plans. These include specific guidelines for reviewing, checking, and tracing original data, monitoring frequency and requirements, collaborative monitoring and audits. All trials must undergo audits by clinical trial institutions and ethics committees, with written informed consent obtained from every participant. We rigorously safeguard participants』 personal information through strict data protection protocols, including anonymization and coding mechanisms, to ensure the confidentiality of research data and mitigate risks associated with privacy breaches.
Information Security
Information security development is a key responsibility and initiative of the Group to protect both corporate and personal information. The Group has taken comprehensive protection measures to safeguard user safety, network security, system security, data security and hardware security. The Group has also developed emergency operation procedures and conducted drills to enhance the emergency response capabilities of relevant personnel.

The Group has established The United Laboratories Information Confidentiality Policy and The United Laboratories Patient Information Protection Policy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. These protocols standardize the collection, use and storage of personal information to ensure the lawful acquisition and use of such information and protect the legal rights of information providers while guarding against risks arising from improper information management.
Intellectual Property Protection
The Group strictly complies with the Patent Law of the People』s Republic of China, Trademark Law of the People』s Republic of China, along with other laws and regulations. To enhance intellectual property management and maximize the value of patented goods and assets, the Group has established The United Laboratories Intellectual Property Management Measures to standardize patent applications and maintenance procedures.
Sustainable Supply Chain Management
To effectively oversee supplier behavior, the Group has developed the Supplier Code of Conduct, which defines mandatory social responsibilities and environmental management requirements for suppliers. Suppliers shall comply with national and local legal regulations, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Standards (SA8000), International Labor Organization (ILO) and its Conventions etc. Direct and indirect suppliers shall cascade these obligations throughout their own supply chains to fulfill their social responsibilities. All suppliers must sign a CSR Commitment Agreement, undertaking to implement the Group』s Supplier Code of Conduct throughout their operations.

The Group has formulated the Sustainable Procurement Policy, mandating the integration of CSR throughout supply chain management. We implement a supplier management system designed to optimize resource efficiency and minimize environmental and social risks, thereby reducing the negative impacts of our supply chain on society and the environment.
